This Return & Refund Policy applies to all digital products purchased through our Squarespace website.

Digital Products

We sell digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital purchase will be made available via a download link and/or email confirmation from our Squarespace store.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been completed.

Please review each product description carefully before making your purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Purchasing the wrong product

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Incompatibility with software, devices, or applications not listed as supported

  • Failure to download your files after successful delivery

  • Lack of technical knowledge required to use the product where this is clearly described before purchase

Faulty Downloads

If your download link does not work, the files are corrupted, or you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

Where appropriate, we will:

  • provide a new download link;

  • replace any faulty or corrupted files;

  • help resolve technical delivery issues; or

  • issue a refund if we are unable to provide the product as described.

Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the United Kingdom, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Digital content is normally subject to a 14-day cancellation period. However, where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, you expressly agree that delivery will begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once the download or access has started.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
